Round 1 (Reg D) and Round 2 (Reg CF) set the offering basis. The external market price P_ext shown above tracks the active Reg CF round at $0.010/QCU. The mint ratio R(t) reconciles physics emission to that external basis so per-tier operator revenue clears its target invariant of round-price movement.

FORMULA (per qcu-bridge.md §1)
QCU = (Ed·C·T·S·U·V) / 1.2
Every coefficient is bounded to [0, 1]; therefore QCU ≤ Ed / 1.2 (thermodynamic bound, tested on every sample). QRRO and CMAS coefficients are Phase 1 SHADOW only; they are not multiplied into live issuance until calibration ships.

SIMULATION BASIS
WHAT YOU SEE
Deployment-anchored QCU tracking. The counter started at May 28, 2026 when this module was tied to Titan QSA simulation; no historical backfill or measured production is asserted. Forward simulation rates come from the large_server baseline in kaizen/economic_policy/tier_rate_table.toml. The power, composite, P-QCU rate, mint ratio, and market-layer rate reconcile to the governed large-server baseline. The market-layer value runs at three times the Centro monthly baseline. The counter is illustrative only and remains uncredited until admitted QSA evidence replaces these simulation inputs.
SIMULATION
Titan QSA large-server scenario · three times Centro at the market layer · continuously projected from governed baseline assumptions · not live telemetry, issued QCU, operator credit, investment return, or a payment obligation.
